Rob aims to have visited as many countries as he is years old. He also likes cooking (poisoning) and his travels have provided him with a wealth of new recipes to inflict on friends and family.
Lucas is a leading media industry executive, was Chief Executive of Endemol UK and more recently Chairman of Endemol Shine UK, one of Britain’s largest independent production companies behind some of TV’s biggest hits. He also acted as Chairman of Endemol Shine’s group commercial board, which globally coordinates and initiates commercial business across more than 30 territories in areas including digital video, gaming, apps and brand relations.
Lucas has a passion for horses – the equine variety and classic cars.
As former Group Operations Director at Sytner for the last 13 years he was part of the Executive Team that grew the business from 10 dealerships and c.500 people to over 100 Dealerships, approaching 7,000 employees and a turnover of nearly £4 Billion – as well as achieving expansion of the Company into Europe.
Geoffrey was instrumental in the 2nd place Sunday Times Award for ‘Best Big Company To Work For 2015’.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching cricket and rugby – with a keen interest in Wildlife, where he supports several charities in this field
