Matt Stone is our founder. He spent more than a decade in senior sales and marketing roles in the motor industry, before becoming a serial entrepreneur advising and investing in start-ups. His latest venture – ingenie car insurance did so well this inspired him to see if he could help customers when it comes to actually buying a car online.
Matt lives in Berkshire with his wife and little girl who is just crazy about Frozen. You’ll need to be quick if you want to catch up with him, as he’ll either be out jogging or knocking tennis balls out of court!
Rob Taylor – CMO
CMO is Rob Taylor who leads the field in creating successful data driven digital strategies for brands such as American Express, Inchcape, Sky, Qatar Airways & Waitrose. He created the digital marketing strategy for Lenstore.co.uk which was acquired by Grand Vision BV who own Vision Express.
Rob aims to have visited as many countries as he is years old. He also likes cooking (poisoning) and his travels have provided him with a wealth of new recipes to inflict on friends and family.
As former Group Operations Director at Sytner for the last 13 years he was part of the Executive Team that grew the business from 10 dealerships and c.500 people to over 100 Dealerships, approaching 7,000 employees and a turnover of nearly £4 Billion – as well as achieving expansion of the Company into Europe.
Geoffrey was instrumental in the 2nd place Sunday Times Award for ‘Best Big Company To Work For 2015’.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching cricket and rugby – with a keen interest in Wildlife, where he supports several charities in this field
